Committed to Heart-Centred Living

I am committed to supporting you in discovering your unique path toward living your healthiest, most heart-centred life.
I have always known that spending time outside, and exploring wild places keeps me grounded and nourished. Meditative practices support my understanding of the depth of healing possible from within. Health is within each of us and can be accessed through the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and the natural world around us. These concepts bring a deep sense of stability and trust to both my personal life and my therapeutic practice.
Having worked in high-paced, demanding environments where stress and overwhelm were normalized, I understand firsthand how easy it is to live in a constantly elevated state. I was continually adapting to increasing levels of activation, mistaking it for strength, resilience, and success.
It was only through connecting with the stillness within myself that I began to recognize I had been running on overdrive, depleting my internal resources by continually striving for more. As I slowed down and my system settled into stillness, I experienced the depth of life force energy available within myself and daily life began to flow with surprising ease.
My path to becoming a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist began in 2017 with a two-year apprenticeship in shamanic practices. These teachings focussed on honouring all aspects of the natural world and inspired me to cultivate “right relationship” with nature and spirit through earth-honouring practices.
As I deepened into this work, clarity emerged. I began to see what in my life was aligned with my heart, and what was not. By inviting change, asking for guidance, and trusting my inner knowing, I stepped toward a more heart-centred way of living. One of those steps was saying yes to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training.
What I love most about this work is supporting others in discovering their own unique path toward greater growth, contentment, improved health, and a renewed connection to life force energy both within themselves and all around us.
“Direct access to the sacred is everyone’s conception right and the essence of biodynamic practice. The doorway to accessing this is the dynamic stillness.”
